Eric is a 1990 BC graduate.  He began his career here as a sophomore after moving from West Virginia.  He picked up his first golf club prior to his freshman year of high school but quickly learned the craft and dominated.  At BC, Eric was MSL Player of the Year all 3 years of his career.  He was a regional qualifier as a junior, and as a senior was the sectional and district champion and was the Class AA Runner Up Medalist.  After graduating, Eric continued his golf career at Kent State University.  While at KSU, he was a 4 time 1st team MAC performer.  He was twice selected as honorable mention All American, and was a 2nd Team All American as a senior and was awarded with Kent State’s Outstanding Senior Male Athlete Award.  He graduated with the most top 10 finishes in Kent State golf history.  In 1994, he reached the US Amateur Open Semi-Finals, which was the final 4 of match play, along with Tiger Woods.
